Debs Hats offer a 30 day guarantee. If any Men's scrub hat or Women’s scrub hats does not withstand normal wear and use within 30 days from purchase, I will gladly exchange the Men’s surgical hat or Women’s surgical hat or refund the purchase price of the hat. Because of the limited quantities of the hats, the exact pattern you purchased may not be available. A new choice of hat will be agreed upon. Shipping cost is non refundable. The defective Men's scrub cap or Women’s scrub cap must be returned. Request for refund or exchange must be in writing. You can reach us at the contact address.
