I have been sewing my nurses
scrub hats for over 6 years. I have always loved to
sew. My daughter Jody attended Penn Valley College in
Kansas City, Missouri where she became a Surgical Tech.
She approached me to make her a scrub hat that matches
her nurses scrubs so she
wouldn’t have to wear the disposable hats. After making
a lot of different nurses scrub hats, we finally
achieved the current style. At that point I was making
them for all of her friends. Her first job as a Surgical
Tech was with North Kansas City Hospital in Kansas City,
Missouri and that started a new group of customers.
Before long I was going to the conferences and
considering starting my own business. I take pride in
watching the faces when someone looks at my nurses
scrubs hat for the first time, or just finds that
perfect pattern they love.
I hand select each fabric for the quality and style that
Debs nurses scrub Hats are known for. I make both men’s and women's
nurses scrubs hat. I purchase only small quantities of each
fabric as it is released each season. I also specialize
in coordinating bands on the nurses scrubs hat for additional
styling. Seams are turned for a no fray feature. All
pressure points are tacked for additional strength. I
make every nurses scrubs hat with operating room standards
in mind. At this time I have 2 styles of hats. I already
have developed additional styles I will be adding to the
inventory soon. I take pride in each and every nurses

Women's Bouffant Hats with Size Options
The Bouffant hats are constructed for durability, comfort and style. A one and a fourth inch band encircles the head with a two inch piece of Velcro closure that will allow for adjustment. No elastic band to cut or dig into your head. You can adjust according to how you feel at that moment. The size of the band is proportioned to eliminate smashing the front of your hair while promoting comfort. Small gathers on the side give the needed space to accommodate medium to long hair without being overly pouffy. Each hat is carefully hand-constructed with no unfinished edges to fray or unravel. All seams are turned or serged for a no fray feature. All pressure points are tacked for additional strength. You now have the option of the original size, a special larger size or custom sizing. The larger size gives you a longer band while the body remains the same as the original size. If you require a larger body or smaller body and band choose the custom sizing option and note the requirements on the comment section of your order.
