Men's Scrub Cap

A Debs Men's Scrub cap is made from the finest quality soft breathable materials available anywhere. My hats are known for their durability. Each men's scrub cap is carefully hand-constructed with no unfinished edges to fray or unravel. I take pride in watching the faces when someone looks at my hats for the first time, or just finds that perfect pattern they love. All pressure points are tacked for additional strength. I make every men's scrub cap with operating room standards in mind.

I purchase only small quantities of each fabric as it is released each season. I also specialize in coordinating bands on a men's scrub cap for additional styling. Seams are turned for a no fray feature. Before long I was going to the conferences and considering starting my own business. At this time I have 2 styles of hats. I already have developed additional styles I will be adding to the inventory soon. I take pride in each and every men's scrub cap I make.

I have been sewing my men's scrub caps for over 6 years. I have always loved to sew. My daughter Jody attended Penn Valley College in Kansas City, Missouri where she became a Surgical Tech. She approached me to make her a scrub hat so she wouldn’t have to wear the disposable hats. After making a lot of different men's scrub caps, we finally achieved the current style. At that point I was making them for all of her friends. Her first job as a Surgical Tech was with North Kansas City Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri and that started a new group of customers. I hand select each fabric for the quality and style that Debs Hats are known for. I make an excellent women’s and men's scrub cap. As well as stylish hats, I also try to make some fun men's scrub cap to lighten the atmosphere of the operating room.

The Executive Scrub Hat

The Executive is a more sleek and fitted scrub hat. It is available in two sizes original small and large. Also you have the choice of ribbon ties or fabric ties. The executive style is constructed of one layer of material which makes it lighter and cooler. All seams are turned or serged for a no fray feature.    The large size is approximately 23-24 inches around. The original small size is approximately 21-22 inches around.   The mens and womens sizes are the same.
