First choose the ribbon, Second select the solid color fabric, Third select the style of hat you want - The Original Bouffant or The New Short Hair Bouffant, and as always at Deb's Hats you can choose your size! These Ribbon Hats are the Original Bouffant style with the fantastic velcro closure. No pinching elastic or anything hanging down. You adjust according to your comfort. Because these are considered a custom made hat there is no refund available unless it is a defective product.
